The Dairy Farmers of Canada together with Lactalis Canada are happy to report that Lactalis Canada will start implementing the quintessential Blue Cow logo on over 50 yogurt products under the Astro and Stonyfield labels in 2021.
By featuring the Blue Cow logo on these well known and sought after brands, the company is assisting customers to discern products manufactured with 100% high-quality, nutrient dense Canadian milk, created in line with some of the strictest standards on the planet.
These standards include how Canadian animals are treated, the safety and quality of the milk, and what businesses and farmers are involved in the final products. It affects the systems in place and the entire sector as a whole.
Lactalis Canada, one of the nation’s leading dairy processors with 140 years of brand heritage, first began using the Blue Cow logo three years ago and has since pledged to add it to Lactantia, Beatrice, Black Diamond, Cracker Barrel and P’tit Quebec brands.
