What kind of products can I order from you?

Can I place an order by phone?

Yes, call us at (905) 617-8100 and we’ll make sure we meet requirements.

Are there any fees for using the online order form?

Absolutely not. Our online ordering system is extremely streamlined and is free to use for our customers.

Is there a minimum order value for getting a delivery?

Yes, we deliver orders of $150 or more right to your door.

How long does a delivery usually take?

Next day delivery.

Can I pick up my orders from the warehouse?

Yes, we can arrange for you to pick up your order 24 hours a day.

Which payment methods are acceptable?

We accept Cash, Cheque, and Debit as payment methods. Terms available upon approval.

How are temperature controlled items delivered or stored?

Our warehouse and vehicles are 100% temperature controlled to your keep your products fresh and in great condition till it reaches your doorstep.

Is there a cut-off time for placing an order?

Yes. To ensure we get your order picked and shipped to you on time we need your order by 5 pm.

How do I pick up an order that I just placed?

Simply place the order 45 minutes prior to the pick-up time and our customer service representative will coordinate with our warehouse distribution team to ensure everything in place for you.

How late or early can I show up for picking up my order?

Our warehouse is open continuously from 12 noon Sunday to 7pm Saturday. So, anytime within those hours and days should be fine for any pick-ups.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us and speak to a customer service representative immediately if you have any problems with your order or choose to cancel an order.

Is there a fee for order cancellation?

Absolutely not.

Is there a return policy?

Yes. Due to food safety regulations, returns can only be accepted for damaged or mispicked products within 24 hours of delivery.
